Night Auditor

Job Summary

You will be an integral part of the front office team at Cliff House Maine, creating unique and authentic experiences for our guests. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to warmly greet guests, assist with travel itineraries, and promote hotel services and local experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional written and verbal communication to guests, organizing itineraries and reservations on their behalf.
• Utilize your knowledge of the local community to connect guests to unique experiences.
• Share your personal passions and knowledge of hotel services to make guests feel at home.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guests' needs are met.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers
• Previous front desk agent or night audit experience preferred
• Knowledge of Opera a plus
• Ability to work 3rd shift and weekends
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
