Ford's Garage Florence is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in the heart of Florence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative cuisine and excellent leadership skills.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating menus that showcase the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and implementing cooking techniques that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
To succeed as an Executive Chef at Ford's Garage Florence, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team towards achieving exceptional results.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a high-volume kitchen, a deep understanding of menu planning and cost control, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes within tight timeframes.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and the level of expertise required.
This role requires a High School Diploma or High School equivalency and relevant certifications such as Food Safety certification.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for 10 hours
- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication (with or without accommodation)
- Must have reliable transportation
