Stryten Energy, a leading energy storage solutions provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer Intern to join its team. Based in Lancaster, PA, this full-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, processing, and other areas of the company.

As a key member of the process improvement team, you will support Injection Molding Process control and capability using scientific molding principles. You will also assist with molding improvements to include cycle time efficiencies, cavitation, scrap reduction, and establishment of optimal process parameters.

Responsibilities:

  • Support injection molding process control and capability.
  • Assist with molding improvements to include cycle time efficiencies and scrap reduction.
  • Support process improvement, cost reduction, and correction actions teams.
  • Provide technical support for daily processing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, graduating between December 2025 and May 2027.
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • Prior plastics injection molding experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
