At Norman Regional Health System, we are seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS to join our team. This role is a critical part of our cardiovascular program, which has earned recognition for its excellence in patient care.

About the Role

This position involves preparing and operating equipment for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring a sterile environment, and providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a clinical Cath Lab setting and hold specific certifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, serving as a preceptor for new hires, and maintaining strong relationships with the medical team. A strong understanding of clinical procedures, including electrophysiology, is essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with eligibility for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration
  • Previous experience in a procedural area, preferably in a Cath Lab setting
  • Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire
