Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document software requirements for new features, products, or data fields.
  • Create screen mock-ups and workflows for feedback and UI design handoff.

  • Work with technical leads to deliver accurate specifications to the development team.
  • Develop an understanding of the competitive marketplace and perform gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with UI Designer to create final UI.
  • Work closely with the development team to complete projects.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in software systems business analysis.
  • Expertise in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with UI/UX mock-up tools.
  • Proficiency in Jira or other collaboration software systems.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience for a software development company.
  • Managed groups of up to 4 people.
  • Must be from smaller or medium-sized organizations.
  • Must be located within the continental United States.
  • Stability in past roles (2 jobs in the last 5 years).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong UI/UX experience.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
