• Collaborate with the MOD and store team to ensure executional excellence and winning results.
• Manage key performance indicators and hold high accountability for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local leaders and stakeholders.
• Provide excellent patient service by addressing all patients' visual lifestyle needs and making eyewear recommendations based on their needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they understand their eye health and vision needs.
• Conduct all services in accordance with protocol and accepted standards of care.
• Establish a positive doctor-patient relationship and maintain state licensure in good standing.
• Provide effective training and guidance to team members and deliver clear, motivating, and constructive feedback.
• Lead by example and maintain a safe working environment for all associates and patients.

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid organizational skills.
