We are seeking an experienced Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join our team at a Level 1 trauma center in the Pacific Northwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician leader who wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in critical care, pulmonary medicine, and leadership. They will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Our hospital offers a competitive salary range of $420,000 to $600,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a productivity bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
