US0025 Sysco Albany, LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to promote the company's products and services in the Glen Falls and Lake George area.

About the Role

This outside sales position involves developing new business, penetrating existing accounts, and minimizing lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Penetrate existing accounts to increase sales and profitability
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide solutions through our product offerings
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Provide training to customer personnel on product usage and features
  • Manage deliveries and troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline, or equivalent relatable experience. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and current automobile insurance are also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual individuals with restaurant management, foodservice outside sales, or chef experience are preferred.

About the Benefits
