As a Retail Stocking Associate, you'll be an integral part of our merchandise team, ensuring our stores are always stocked and ready for customers. We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

As a Retail Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for various merchandise stocking duties, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing products on the sales floor. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience.
  2. Organize and manage back stock daily.
  3. Replenish products on shelves and in back stock as required per merchandising guidelines.
  4. Unload trucks as needed.
  5. Remain a product expert through ongoing product knowledge training.
  6. Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and plan-o-grams.
  7. Assist with pricing maintenance and signing.
  8. Keep work areas clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum degree required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, and customers.
  • Ability to operate a computerized point-of-sale register system.
  • Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

**Estimated Salary:** $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
