About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative coordinator to support our programs and projects at the Facilities Services Directorate with the Washington Headquarters Service. As an Administrative Coordinator - Level II, you will provide secretarial support to the Federal Facilities Division (FFD), including directorates and subordinate branches in support of the Facilities Services Directorate's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
  1. Working independently with minimal supervision to provide general direction, establish overall objectives, plan, and conduct analysis of assigned projects as directed.
  2. Assisting in the formation of Excel spreadsheets, which may include graphs, statistical analysis, and other data that may not be readily available.
  3. Interpreting guidelines for dissemination and maintaining continuity of operations in the office in the event of an emergency.
  4. Maintaining Performance Metric Reports for senior leadership and creating monthly reports for leadership personnel, including ad hoc reports as directed.
  5. Preparing materials required by leadership for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, and telephone calls.
  6. Creating and presenting text, spreadsheets, and/or charts, and organizing a centralized filing system.
  7. Assisting in maintaining calendars for branch/division staff, ranging from 15 to 30 employees, and reviewing written correspondence for grammar and punctuation.
  8. Providing support to staff in preparing materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, and telephone calls.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have demonstrated the ability to work independently or under only general direction, possess good written and oral communication skills, and hold a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $75,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
