About Us

We conduct in-patient and out-patient phase I-IV clinical research studies at 20 wholly owned clinical sites and 4 affiliated sites. Our large and growing database of patients suffering from mental illness, neurological disorders, sleep disorders, addictions, Acute and Chronic Pain, diabetes, and other illnesses allows us to participate in trials for the advancement of medicine.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for leadership to train and develop into a supervisor role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled RN to transition into a management role, providing both clinical and administrative oversight to a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Dispense and collect investigational products, routine medications, and PRN medications while subjects are housed on the site observation unit as dictated by written orders.
  • Perform appropriate research protocol procedures which may include but are not limited to vital signs, blood collection and processing, ECGs, and point of care laboratory tests.
  • Develop weekly and monthly schedules for licensed staff and step in to cover shifts when short-staffed.
Requirements
  • A valid License as an RN in the state of practice; maintain current license.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience.
  • CPR Certification required, ACLS preferred for RN.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with providers, co-workers, and others in a collaborative and courteous manner.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
