Job Overview: As a dynamic and results-driven Energy Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving new client opportunities and expanding our customer base in various sectors, including commercial and residential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target new business opportunities within multiple programs
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to close deals for energy-efficient solutions
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams (techs and project management) to ensure customer needs are met
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Travel regularly to client sites to build relationships and close sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales; 2+ years required
- Maintain an active Home Improvement Sales Certificate (HISC)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and understand their unique energy needs
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations, including overnight stays if needed
