Job Overview: As a dynamic and results-driven Energy Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving new client opportunities and expanding our customer base in various sectors, including commercial and residential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new business opportunities within multiple programs
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to close deals for energy-efficient solutions
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (techs and project management) to ensure customer needs are met
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Travel regularly to client sites to build relationships and close sales

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales; 2+ years required
  • Maintain an active Home Improvement Sales Certificate (HISC)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and understand their unique energy needs
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations, including overnight stays if needed
