Job Title: Recruiter / HR Coordinator

At Youth Dynamics, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter / HR Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for supporting the Human Resources program, policies, and practices, ensuring a seamless hiring process and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an organization-wide hiring strategy in collaboration with the Human Resources Director.
  • Post and maintain open positions, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
  • Recruit and screen applicants, conduct applicant tracking, and assist hiring managers in the selection process.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including processing applications, reference forms, and background checks.
  • Potential to own the organizational onboarding training process.
  • Collaborate with staff to influence the hiring process for seasonal staff, advising teams and assisting in pipeline development.
  • Identify compatible recruiting opportunities and represent Youth Dynamics, with some travel required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director.
Requirements:
  • Active and growing relationships with Christ and a willingness to sign Youth Dynamics' Statement of Faith.
  • A passion for reaching young people.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (or related) and 3 or more years of human resource or recruiting experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of general business administration, including personnel practices and employment laws.
  • Knowledge of recruiting principles and practices, with skill in assessing operation, program, staffing, and fiscal needs.
  • Clear, concise, and compelling communication skills (written and oral).
  • Collaborative management style and approach, with strong leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work well independently and within a team.
