We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Med Surg Supervisor to join our team in Devils Lake, North Dakota. As a travel nurse supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical-surgical unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our hospital.
About the Position
This is a 13-week contract position, requiring a RN Supervisor with at least two years of experience in a similar role. You will work 36 hours per week, on 12-hour shifts, providing night coverage. The start date is December 23, 2024, and the end date is March 24, 2025. As a supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of nurses to ensure excellent patient care.
- Mentoring new staff members to promote professional growth.
- Coordinating unit operations, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a current ND House Supervisor license and at least two years of experience as a Nurse Supervisor. Your skills and qualifications should include:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with nursing management software and electronic health records.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Salary Estimate
