Qualifications and Skills

  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • Degree from an approved LPN training program
  • 1 year of experience (LPN or similar role)
