At The Arc Madison Cortland, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide self-care training and assistance in daily living to individuals with developmental disabilities residing in a group home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized care as outlined in the individuals Life Plan, or ISP.
• Support the residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Continuously assess the status of the physical building and the individuals throughout the duration of the shift.
