Electrical Hardware Design Lead

Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Electrical Hardware Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our electrical hardware design organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple project teams and managing relationships with internal and outsourced development partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams of electrical hardware engineers and development partners to design and develop complex electrical hardware systems.
  • Manage relationships with internal and outsourced development partners to ensure compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards.
  • Provide domain-specific expertise and leadership to cross-organization projects and activities.
  • Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into electrical hardware design projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Typically 6-10 years of experience in electrical hardware design and development.
  • Experience with server electrical design and high-speed busses like PCIe, DDR4, or DDR5.
