We are seeking a Board-Certified Pulmonary Critical Care physician to provide locum coverage for a prestigious facility in Sioux City, IA. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a top-tier team and enjoy competitive compensation.

About the Position

This assignment offers a lucrative hourly rate of $300/hour, making it one of the highest-paying critical care locums opportunities in the region. As a Pulmonary Critical Care specialist, you will be responsible for managing an average of 13 ICU patients per day, providing high-quality care within a 12-bed ICU setting.

The schedule includes in-house coverage from 7a-7p and off-site call coverage from 7p-7a. You will utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and work closely with APPs (minimal oversight required). The assigned dates are November through January, with specific shift requirements including in-house and off-site call shifts.

Requirements
  • Board Certification in Pulmonary Critical Care
  • Active Iowa License (required)
  • ACLS, DEA, CSR Certifications (required)
  • Covid-19 Vaccination (required)
  • Availability to cover specific shifts listed
