Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Specialist with integrity and professionalism to join our team in Opelika, AL. As an HVAC Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for serving our clients through the expert installation of replacement systems. This role requires great communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years' experience in HVAC installation and possess excellent customer service skills. You must also pass background and MVR screening, drug-test, and physical. Additionally, you should be willing to work afterhours and occasional weekends and holidays, and have basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform regular manual labor.

Key Responsibilities

As an HVAC Installation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Serving clients through the expert installation of replacement systems, taking pride in every installation and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a neat work area, using floor savers, drop cloths, and the Installation Excellence Form to ensure quality installations.
  • Re-checking each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks.
  • Explain the system to the client when finished with an installation and ensure they are 100% satisfied with the work.
  • Always being safety conscious on the job and while driving, and ensuring the assistant installer is also working safely and neatly.
