Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Keke's Breakfast Cafe. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas.

This is a full-time position, with regular hours from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including weekends and holidays. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth and development within our company.

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure it is cleaned and functioning properly
• Monitor water temperature to ensure a sanitary wash cycle
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
• Bag and haul trash to the dumpster
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
• Clean food preparation, production areas, and dish room as required

• No previous restaurant experience is required, but physical ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop is necessary
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Safety record of lifting bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift

• MUST BE AVAILABLE EVERY DAY, INCLUDING HOLIDAYS (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• All employees must have black chef pants or dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip shoes on their first day of work
• Keke's Breakfast Cafe must be your primary place of employment

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience
