Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team at Westrock. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical and instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electrical and instrumentation systems, including process control systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and schematics to troubleshoot and maintain complex process control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and instrumentation systems with other plant systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments to continuously improve our systems and processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including process control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
