European Wax Center is a fast-growing company that provides professional waxing services to individuals seeking smooth skin. We are looking for an Assistant Center Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of center operations, including training and coaching Associates, recruiting and retaining team members, and implementing systems/processes to ensure a high-performing franchise. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities- Lead by example and foster a positive, fun, and performance-oriented workplace culture
- Ensure every guest has a memorable and inviting experience through outstanding customer service
- Train and coach Associates to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional results
- Support loss prevention, expense control, and center cleanliness initiatives
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving
- Implement and execute systems/processes consistent with a high-performing franchise
- Organize outreach and marketing events to promote our services
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service roles
- Effective communication skills in various situations, including conflict resolution and group presentations
- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and European Wax Center's brand
- Outgoing, energetic, resourceful, and detail-oriented personality
- Able to evaluate issues, establish priorities, and pivot direction when necessary
- Flexible schedule to include days, evenings, and weekends
- Competitive hourly wage: $18.50-$22.00 per hour (estimated annual salary: $38,440-$45,840)
