Join HRA as a RN Designee and take on a leadership role in our assisted living and memory care communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of resident care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the delivery of nursing services to residents in accordance with professionally recognized standards.
- Monitor nursing care for compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Assign and manage nursing schedules to meet resident needs and budget guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of medication sheets and assist with medication management.
- Observe residents' health status and take action to address concerns within scope of practice.
- Communicate with families regarding resident needs and achievements.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain accurate records.
- Current nursing (RN) licensure issued by the state licensing agency.
- Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in supervising and management.
- One to two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts.
