Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to ensure a safe living environment.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to improve emotional and physical well-being.
  • Monitor changes in the client's health or behavior and report any concerns.
Requirements
  • 2 years of previous experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • CNA Certificate a plus.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Dementia/Alzheimer's experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions, client tasks, and care plans.
  • Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform tasks such as lifting or transferring clients.
  • Current valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including some weekends.
