Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at WSP. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading design efforts, managing budgets, and ensuring project delivery goals are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead design efforts, including budget execution and project scope execution
  • Manage and maintain client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal and external client team members
  • Provide project status updates and reports to project directors, clients, and management
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers to execute project work on multiple concurrent projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • 5-7 years of relevant post-education experience as a mechanical engineer
  • Engineer PE license required
  • Project experience submitted for consideration should include buildings on which you have actively participated in the project from the design phase through the final construction close-out
Preferred Qualifications:
  • LEED Certification
  • Experience in the healthcare industry with HCAi experience
  • Experience managing small projects

Compensation: $83,100 - $145,000

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.

WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
