Job Summary

Business Health Solutions Professional Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse/RN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical services, health assessments, and case management at our client facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Care: Provide nursing assessment and interventions within the scope of practice of the registered nurse (RN). Evaluate employees with work-related injuries and illnesses and/or personal medical conditions for their fitness for duty.
  • Medical Surveillance: Conduct, as appropriate, and/or manage all required surveillance examinations. Provide medical surveillance support (testing and tracking) for client employees.
  • Medical Emergency Response: Provide first-line injury and illness care for work-related conditions. Provide emergency medical response as required.
  • Case Management: Provide personal and work-related injury case management as defined by the client's policies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent desirable.
  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is desirable.
