Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with industry standards, experience, and location. This includes a base salary of $90,000, plus bonus opportunities, as well as comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage, 401K matching, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills for internal and external aircraft communications. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance on passenger flights, executing high levels of customer service, and assisting in various tasks such as loading/unloading freight, cleaning the aircraft, stocking, and other duties. Additionally, you will operate the aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations and corporate policies, emphasizing flight crew safety and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must hold an Airline Transport Pilot License, have a current Instrument Proficiency Check, and be English proficient. You should also be at least 18 years old, possess a First Class FAA Medical certificate, and hold a valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit. Furthermore, you will need a current Passport and eligibility to work in the United States. Physical demands include lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders, and maneuvering around aircraft. You will also be required to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks, and obtain an airport SIDA badge. Finally, you may be required to relocate to an assigned base and travel extensively.
