Server Representative

Server Job Description

At BELAIR CANTINA, we're looking for a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary objective will be to show our guests a spectacular time, ensuring they want to return again and again.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and ensuring they know you're there to personally take care of them.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes, making recommendations that you genuinely feel they will enjoy.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system, and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Maintain clean service areas and monitor guests' dining experiences, ensuring they are satisfied with the food and service.
• Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change (if applicable).
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers and hosts as situations arise.
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
