Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook I to join our culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads and pastries, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare doughs and fillings, proof, bake, and decorate pastries as required
  • Review production sheets to understand the variety of baked goods to be produced daily
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards
  • Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
Requirements
  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
