At Life-Spark LLC, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at our Brooklyn Park location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical staff and management team. This includes scheduling, public relations, marketing, general administrative duties, and oversight of the building and its programs with a customer service focus.

Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors, and staff.
  • Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
  • Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
  • Maintain scheduling program and conduct education on functionality of the program to staff.
  • Ensure the schedule is current, updated, and replacements are assigned as needed.
  • Assist with tracking employee attendance, as needed.
  • Update and distribute tenant roster each month.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining mailing lists for the facility.
  • Manage and maintain the phone system and employee phone list.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
  • Previous training in general office duties and equipment.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills.
