Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
