Job Responsibilities:

  • Prep and install flooring in accordance with company procedures, ensuring high-quality results and attention to detail.  
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, keeping tools organized and clean.  
  • Familiarize yourself with project files and scope of work before arriving at job sites.  
  • Properly handle company machinery and power tools, adhering to safety guidelines.  
  • Demonstrate knowledge of units of measurement and complete simple math calculations as needed.  
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner, building trust and ensuring high satisfaction rates.  
  • Maintain high-quality company standards throughout every job.  
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job.  
  • Journey to various work locations throughout the week.


Requirements:
  
  •   
  • 5 years of experience in flooring installation.  
  • A valid driver's license and a functioning vehicle.  
  • The ability to pass a background check.  
  • The capacity to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly.  
  • Repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting are required for this position.  
  • This role involves traveling to various work locations throughout the week.
