Nurse Specialist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to provide exceptional care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure a safe and supportive environment for our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care for patients in the PACU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote patient-centered care and ensure a positive patient experience.
