Job Summary

The Employment Coordinator provides critical support to the Human Resources team at the Korean Women's Association. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including recruitment, personnel management, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process personnel files and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
