Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Associate with the Asset Protection product line, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences. Your primary focus will be on managing orders from entry to delivery, responding to customer inquiries, and providing proactive support to ensure success from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Salesforce to manage orders and respond to customer inquiries.
- Triage inbound client requests and escalate to appropriate departments as needed.
- Provide tier 1 phone support for inbound calls and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Participate in quoting functions and evaluate problems to propose solutions from established options.
Requirements:
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Minimum 1 year of related customer service experience.
Associate's degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong phone etiquette and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requires attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures.
Collaborates well with teammates and cross-functionally, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
Preferred Skills:
Oracle and Salesforce experience.
Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of electric power transmission and distribution, with a strong understanding of the Asset Protection product line.
Bilingual is a plus.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is Hourly Rate USD .
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to:
job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
