Job Title: Title Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Title Administrator to join our team at International UTC of Columbus. As a Title Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of our finance company, working closely with internal and external customers to ensure seamless title management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Daily interaction with internal and external customers to resolve title-related inquiries and issues
* Fulfilling customer service requests received via phone queue and/or shared inbox
* Monitoring title queues and barter request system to take appropriate action
* Maintaining NFC's title portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
* Verifying insurance on loans/leases meets company requirements
* Participating in internal and external audit processes

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* At least 1 year of credit or collections experience
* Strong analytical skills, business writing skills, and proficiency with software programs including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Effective communication skills via phone and email
