Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Patient Collections Specialist to join our team at Plutus Health Inc. as we continue to grow and expand our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective patient billing and collection strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex billing and insurance issues.
  • Analyze data to determine key drivers of revenue cycle performance and develop targeted solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in patient billing and collection.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years related experience required, preferably in a medical office or laboratory setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing patient billing and collection strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High School diploma or general education degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
