As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a crucial role in our team-based care environment, working alongside doctors, advanced practice professionals, and other healthcare experts to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

We are seeking an experienced physician with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. Our approach is centered around integrated team-based care, where every member of the care team works together to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

The ideal candidate will have a current and unrestricted medical license, as well as board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. They will also have experience managing Medicare Advantage panels of patients and a strong understanding of best practices in coordinated care environments.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $199,400 - $298,300 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, CME allowance/time, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance/disability, paid time off/holidays, and minimal call requirements.
