Respiratory Therapist Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on an evening shift. As a key member of our respiratory therapy department, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the growth and development of our staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory therapy services to patients as ordered by physicians, with a focus on complex cases.
  • Train and mentor staff members to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing, including PFTs, ABG machine maintenance, hemodynamics, and special procedures.
  • Assess and treat patients across various age groups, from newborns to geriatric patients.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Certified Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in the State of Arizona.
  • 2+ years of experience in respiratory care, with a strong background in acute care and ICU settings.
  • Ability to precept students, orientees, and new staff members.
  • Possession of ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within 12 months of employment.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
