About the Role

As a Surgical Care Coordinator at Williamson Health, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless patient care and safety during surgical procedures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for patients undergoing surgery
  • Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection and promote healing
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Anticipate and respond to patient needs in a timely manner
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement

About the Opportunity

This is a PRN (as-needed) position available for Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and working in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience working in a perioperative setting, preferably in a hospital or surgery center
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
