Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and community partners to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers and promote Capital One's offerings.

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

  • Collaborate with the Engagement team to plan events, campaigns, and initiatives that foster community engagement and drive business results.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification.

    ">">
  • At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.

    ">">
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    ">">
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    ">">
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and other Microsoft Office tools.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
