We are looking for a dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team at Dribbler, the fastest-growing private soccer training provider in the US.

Dribbler serves all 50 states and major cities. Our goal is to help thousands of soccer players become the best they can be.

We're not just a soccer training company; we're a community passionate about helping players of all ages reach their full potential. Our training focus covers everything from basic skills like dribbling and passing to advanced techniques, as well as agility and endurance.

What sets us apart? Flexibility. With us, you can schedule sessions at nearby fields, backyards, or even private facilities, catering to what works best for you and your trainees.

Salary and Benefits

You'll start earning $35-$45 per hour lesson, with payments sent via PayPal within 24 hours after each completed session.

We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose when you want to work. You'll also be covered under our multi-million dollar general liability insurance policy.

As an independent contractor, you'll have the freedom to accept as little or as many client offers as you wish. You'll be able to discuss schedules and communicate directly with our clients.

Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have 2 years minimum soccer coaching experience.
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • No certifications or licenses needed, just 2 years experience.
  • An energetic and fun personality when working with children is essential.
  • Must be comfortable working independently.
  • A background check will be performed.
  • You'll need to acquire your own soccer training equipment.
