We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Plumbing Superintendent to lead our field operations in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day field operations to maximize business objectives and profitability.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment through regular safety meetings, incident investigations, and employee involvement.
  • Lead field operations on a project to ensure a cohesive team in conjunction with project management.
  • Manage field personnel priorities relating to technical ability and staffing levels to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate all site construction activities and supervise field personnel to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.
  • Perform material take-offs, order tools and materials, and coordinate installation between trades.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company work rules.
  • Schedule equipment deliveries and periodic inspections by governing authorities.
  • Ensure the quality of work to corporate standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct staff meetings with foremen and field personnel to address management issues, safety, and productivity improvements.
  • Responsible for project financial labor, material, and other cost type budgets and goals.
  • Work with the project team to ensure start-up and commissioning is executed in accordance with company and project standards.
  • Assist in coordinating and quality assurance of drafting resources and fabrication/manufacturing on the project.
  • Maintain company culture and implement field productivity improvements, assure project compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction.
