We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at a state-of-the-art facility in Western Kentucky. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dedicated staff and provide exceptional care to adults in a unique inpatient setting.

About the RoleThis position involves providing patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our patients. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients and their families.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a degree in nursing or a related field and hold a current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or a related field is also required.
