Job Summary

Fidelity Bank is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager I to lead our retail banking team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving branch growth and profitability through effective marketing and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Service Excellence
    • Create and implement a branch sales/service plan to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to increase sales and revenue.
    • Represent Fidelity Bank in the community through community outreach and partnerships.
    • Serve as an officer with a local community organization.
  • Credit Quality/Loan Yield/Portfolio Management
    • Manage and enhance the growth of a quality loan portfolio with a focus on retail lending.
    • Analyze loan applications and financial statements to make informed credit decisions.
    • Ensure profitability by maintaining average loan yield objectives.
  • Operational Risk/Compliance
    • Minimize loan losses and exceptions through effective documentation and underwriting.
    • Ensure adherence to Bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Managing/Leading/Coaching
    • Assist in the hiring and training of new associates.
    • Supervise, motivate, and utilize branch staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of branch operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of banking experience, including 1 year of management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail lending policies and procedures.
  • Strong credit analysis skills and ability to influence and motivate others.
