Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Precision Dental Implants & Oral Surgery. As a critical member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, collect patient financial responsibility, and prepare patient charts. They will also provide concierge-level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors immediately upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
  • Answer the phone promptly with a smile.
  • Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and effective use of exam and treatment rooms.
  • Prepare a daily schedule for each provider.
  • Prepare patient charts.
  • Manage patient flow to reduce patient wait time.
  • Assist patients as necessary.
  • Maintain reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Maintain professional relationship with referring offices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • An understanding of dental terminology.
  • A friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence.
