We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT of Springdale, AR. Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and positive outcomes.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to post-sale support.
