Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Lakewood Estates. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality preparation and presentation of meals in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

• Prepare and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards and regulations
• Utilize production sheets to accurately record food production quantities and cooking temperatures
• Prepare dietary modifications as ordered
• Stock, rotate, date, and store product according to food safety standards and regulations

• 1 year of job-related experience, including food preparation in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment
• High school diploma/GED
• CPR certificate and first aid certificate
• ServSafe manager certificate
• Local health department food handler card
