We are seeking a highly qualified Service Manager to join our dynamic team at Empowr'd People Services. As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all service operations, ensuring that our high standards of quality and efficiency are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily service operations and manage service team performance.
  • Develop service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate service schedules and manage workflow to meet project deadlines.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze service metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management.
  • Experience as a dispatcher or related role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and service operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
  • Familiarity with industry safety regulations and compliance standards.
