Electronic Discovery Paralegal

Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. In addition to our base salary, we also provide benefits such as health insurance, long-term disability, and life insurance.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Electronic Discovery Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic discovery and litigation support, with experience working with platforms such as Relativity and Disco.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple electronic discovery projects using Relativity and Disco software;
- Loading and organizing documents for review;
- Producing documents in compliance with legal requirements;
- Assisting attorneys with document analysis and research;
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external vendors;
- Drafting, serving, and filing electronically with various courts;
- Requesting and reviewing medical records;
- Assisting with trial preparation: preparing trial exhibits, notebooks, and maintaining expert binders.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree and paralegal certification (desired);
- Proven experience working with electronic discovery and litigation support platforms and thorough knowledge of the e-discovery process;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- Knowledge of legal document management best practices;
- Able to work with multiple attorneys across various offices;
- Some travel for mediation, arbitration, and/or trial assistance may be required.
